Even men believe in health; health and fitness issues are not just related to women. Although women have different ways of tackling these; even the twelve o’ clock man has health and fitness issues. Men love their body to be chiseled with the perfect ratio of abs, muscles and stamina. While women’s health and fitness issues are deep sated, men’s health and fitness issues are more superficial and extend till the body and mind only.
Men work, and are found in all walks of life, from the hard hats to the power brokers; depending on their stress level and kind of work, their health and fitness regime vary
quite a bit. A writer for instance will sit and stare at the computer screen writing articles all day, this may be detrimental to his physical health since he his not working physically. On the other hard hat’s need to slow it down, while their job description comes with heavy lifting and the likes, they need some time to relax and unwind and may be workout their brains a little. Smokers on the other hand can either curtail their smoking habits or swim like a dolphin to keep their lungs intact. Thus men need to be more health and fitness centric and deal with their health and fitness issues.
